If you have not yet submitted your Spring Launch Agreement, please download and complete the attached forms and return to the Service Department as soon as possible.
You may notice that the pricing has changed since we released the spring forms back in March. In order to comply with the Recently enacted New York State Department of Consumer Protection’s Credit Card Surcharge Disclosure laws, we have updated our pricing to reflect Credit Card Prices. There will no longer be a credit card fee. If you pay by cash, you will receive a 3% discount off the posted credit card pricing at the time of the transaction. If you pay by credit card you will pay the posted rates.
