The fall striped bass run is one of the most exciting times of the year for Long Island anglers—and the South Shore Striper Cup is returning for another action-packed weekend of fishing, competition and waterfront fun.
The 4th Annual South Shore Striper Cup will take place October 16–18, 2026, at Oakdale Yacht in Oakdale, New York.
Hosted by Oakdale Yacht Resort & Marina and powered by Reel Time Apps, the tournament brings together serious competitors, weekend anglers and members of Long Island’s fishing community for three unforgettable days on the water.

The South Shore Striper Cup is built around great fishing, friendly competition and the excitement of seeing where your catch lands on the live leaderboard.
Anglers will use the Reel Time Apps tournament platform for registration, tournament information, catch submissions, scoring and leaderboard updates throughout the weekend.
The competition will include multiple fishing divisions, prize categories and optional Calcuttas, giving anglers several ways to compete.
2026 Tournament Schedule
Friday, October 16
5:00–7:30 PM — Captain’s Meeting
Anglers will receive important tournament information, instructions and updates before fishing begins.
7:30 PM — Tournament Lines-In
The competition officially begins immediately following the Captain’s Meeting.
Saturday, October 17
8:00 AM–8:00 PM — Scales Open
The scales at Oakdale Yacht will remain open throughout the day as anglers return with their qualifying catches.
Sunday, October 18
8:00 AM–1:00 PM — Scales Open
1:00 PM — Final Weigh-In Deadline
All qualifying anglers must be back at the dock by 1:00 PM.
3:00 PM — Awards Dinner and Raffle
The tournament concludes with an awards celebration and raffle under the tent at The Spot at Oakdale Yacht.

The South Shore Striper Cup is about more than the leaderboard. It is an opportunity for Long Island’s fishing community to come together, share stories, reconnect with friends and celebrate another striped bass season.
