Greene's Creek Marina Offers Dockage for boats up to 40ft in length. Greene's Creek is located directly accross from Fire Island's famous towns & beaches. Features include : updated bulkheading, new restrooms, factory certified marine techs, 35 ton travel lift, security gate & Ship Store.

CONTRACT PRICES AND CONDITIONS

$125 PER FT FOR SUMMER DOCKAGE AND WINTER STORAGE
THIS PRICE INCLUDES HAUL OUT, BOTTOM WASH AND LAUNCH
ALL OTHER SERVICES ARE ADDITIONAL AND BILLED BY OAKDALE YACHT SERVICE
BOAT MUST BE OUT OF WATER NO LATER THAT DEC. 1ST
ELECTRIC IS NOT INCLUDED AND IS BILLED SEPARATELY BY GREENE'S CREEK MARINA
ANY BOAT THAT IS STILL IN THE WATER AFTER DEC. 1ST WILL BE HAULED OUT AND CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED.

WINTER PACKAGES

FOR CUSTOMERS THAT ARE HERE FOR WINTER SEASON ONLY
NOVEMBER 1 TO MARCH 30
PRICE INCLUDES: A SPOT ON LAND, HAUL, BOTTOM OF HULL WASHED, LAUNCH
$27 PER FOOT -- BOAT'S UP TO 30 FEET IN LENGTH -- USING FORKLIFT
$30 PER FOOT -- BOTH 31 FEET AND OVER USING TRAVEL LIFT
$20 PER FOOT -- WINTER ON LAND STORAGE ONLY
NOTE - IF BOAT BOTTOM IS EXCESSIVLEY FOULED, ADDITIONAL CLEANING TIME AND MATERIALS WILL BE BILLED TO THE CUSTOMER AT POSTED LABOR RATE

PAYMENT PLANS

In order to secure a spot at Greene's Creek Marina for Summer/winter 2008, a $1000 nonrefundable deposit is required by all customers and must be received no later than September 7th 2007. Please make sure your deposit is in on time and so that your slip is not marked open and available to be rented on 9/7/07

Plan 1 : Pay in full by 9/7 and take a 10% discount
Plan 2 : After receiving your $1000 deposit--the remaining balance can be paid in two equal payments
January 10 and February 12 of 2008.

Note - accrued finance charges will be assessed if the payments are not received on-time.
Note - Slips are first come, first serve
Note - In water portion of contract is not taxable, on land storage is taxable
