| Greene's Creek Marina - A Sheltered Marina, located directly across from many of Fire Island's famous Towns & Beaches. Greene's Creek offers over 130 Dockage Slips for Power and Sail boats up to 40ft in length. In order to secure a spot at Greene’s Creek for Summer and Winter, a $1500.00 non-refundable deposit is required by ALL Boat Owners. For Owners who are renewing their contracts, your deposit must be received no later than the first week of September. For Owners who pay their deposits after the deadline, you will need to schedule a time to speak with Dawn concerning the availability of your slip from the previous year, and to confirm that your slip has not been marked “OPEN” and “AVAILABLE TO BE RENTED.” YEARLY CONTRACT CUSTOMERS WHO ARE HERE FOR SUMMER DOCKAGE & WINTER STORAGE - $110.00/FT, THIS PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE HAUL, WASH OR LAUNCH, ALL SERVICES AND PARTS ARE ADDITIONAL & WILL BE BILLED SEPARATELY BY “OAKDALE YACHT SERVICE”, ELECTRIC IS ADDITIONAL AND IS BILLED SEPARATELY BY GREENE'S CREEK MARINA - (30 OR 50 AMP AVAILABLE), YOUR BOAT MUST BE OUT OF WATER NO LATER THAT DECEMBER 1ST, BOATS 24’ & UNDER ONLY - IF YOU PLAN TO GO HOME FOR WINTER, DEDUCT $10.00/FT, If the Jan. 1st payment is not received on time the slip will become available to be Sold. All slips must be paid in full according to the above date.
