During Summer Months.  DOCKAGE ELECTRIC: For 2011, All Electric will be flat rated at a Minimum Fee: Boats Under 30’.... $150.00, Boats 30’ & Up... $10.00/Ft.  Any Boat exceeding the Minimum fee will be charged the difference NO PRICE INCREASE IN 2011A Home for your Boat  SUMMER SEASON April 15th – October 15th. In order to secure a spot at Oakdale Yacht for Winter and Summer, a $1500.00 non-refundable deposit is required by ALL Boat Owners.  For Owners who are renewing their contracts, your deposit must be received no later than the first week of December. 
For Owners who pay their deposits after the deadline, you will need to schedule a time to speak with Dawn concerning the availability of your slip from the previous year, and to confirm that your slip has not been marked “OPEN” and AVAILABLE TO BE RENTED.” Accrued finance charges will be assessed if the payments are not received on-time.  Slips are first come, first serve In water portion of contract is not taxable, on-land storage is taxable. There are no refunds on slips, all sales are final.  If there is no deposit on your slip by the due date, The slip will become available for rent. SUMMER DOCKAGE - BASIN SLIP .............. STARTING @ $ 2000.00 PER/SLIP. YEARLY CONTRACTS INCLUDE A SLIP IN THE WATER AS WELL AS A SPOT ON LAND. YEARLY CONTRACT: CURRENT CUSTOMERS: Customers who are renewable for the winter and summer season.  All services, parts and electric are additional (haul, wash, launch, etc.) & will be billed separately.  SLIP WITH FINGER PIER... $149.00/foot, SLIP WITH NO FINGER PIER ... $145.00/foot, PREMIUM OUTSIDE SLIPS ... 10% Extra, PREMIUM INSIDE SLIPS ... 5% Extra YEARLY CONTRACT: NEW CUSTOMERS: PAY IN FULL at Contract Signing, and receive a 10% discount (Call to get the correct amount). PAY WITH DEPOSIT: After receiving your $1,500.00 DEPOSIT, The remaining balance can be paid in 3 equal payments due the 1st Day of the month over the next 3 consecutive months. Finance charges will be assessed on all open balances unless a credit card # or post-dated checks are on file.  HIGH & DRY SERVICE: Boat forklifted off Rack and set in Water. Boat will be available until the next day, when it is raised out of the water, hull rinsed off and placed back into the Rack. On Land Rack Storage, Available April 15th - October 15th, 8am - 4pm Daily - Extended Hours Available (Call), Boats up to 29’ in Length, Boats with up to 9’ Beam, Yearly Contracts Available, Performance Boat Cradles Available, Work Rack Cradle Available for Owners wishing to work/detail their Boats, Full Service Shop on Site.  Full Parts Department. Upon arrival by trailer there is an $8.00 Per/Ft offload fee. Please be sure that your arrangements have been made with our service department preferably two weeks in advance if you will be in need of our offloading services. All high and dry boats must be removed from the premises at the end of the season no later than October 15, unless you have made plans to stay with us for winter storage Any customer requesting a haul or launch after this date will be billed for that service. Winter storage fees begin October 15th. ANY customer who leaves their boat here past this date and do not have a signed contract on file with us will be charged for storage @ $10.00 per day. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks as well as Visa - Master Card – DiscoverHIGH & DRY OWNERS  SAVE 50% on your Winter Storage: Add 10.00/ft to your Yearly Contract ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO BOAT ARRIVAL OR LAUNCH ATTENTION: DUE TO OUR INSURANCE AND NEW YORK STATE REGULATIONS, THE MANAGEMENT OF OAKDALE YACHT MUST REQUEST THAT NO OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS BE ALLOWED ACCESS TO ANY BOATS ON OUR PREMISES WITHOUT OUR WRITTEN CONSENT.  ALSO, WHILE OWNERS ARE WELCOME TO WORK ON THEIR OWN BOATS, SHRINKWRAPPING AND BOTTOM PAINTING ARE PROHIBITED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN OAKDALE YACHT STAFF MEMBERS AT ANY OF OUR YARDS.
