Oakdale Yacht offers dockage
for boats up to 60ft in length. We also offer Hi and Dri Service for boats up to
38ft. Oakdale Yacht is a deep water marina offering easy access to the Great
South Bay, Fire Island beaches and Resorts, Fire Island Inlet and Moriches

PAYMENT PLANS
In order to secure a spot
at Oakdale Yacht for Summer/Winter 2008, a $1000 nonrefundable deposit is required
by all customers and must be received no later than December 12th 2007. Please
make sure your deposit is in on time and that your slip is not marked open and
available to be rented.
Plan 1
: Pay in full by 12/12/2007 and take a 5% discount
Plan 2 : After receiving your $1000 deposit on 12/12/2007 -
the remaining balance is to be paid in 3 equal payments due - Feb 1st,
March 1st and April 1st. Finance charges will be assessed on all
open balances unless a credit card or post dated checks are on file.
Note - accrued
finance charges will be assessed if the payments are not received
on-time.
Note - Slips are first come, first serve
Note - In
water portion of contract is not taxable, on land storage is
taxable
